How accurate is it?
No age check is perfect. Anyone who claims otherwise is selling something.
The honest way to use age estimation is threshold design: users who clearly read as adults pass instantly, and borderline results are routed to a stricter challenge age or a re-check. That design choice stays in each platform’s control. Independent third-party benchmarking is how accuracy should be judged, and it is the standard we are building to. We estimate how old someone looks, never who they are. There is no identification, and no ID to upload.
